Evaluate the specific type of property to meet client criteria including financing or loan requirements.
Review with client the current economic and market conditions in the retail, office climate.
Obtain and critique all sales comparable and applicable sales packages.
Analyze all documents including but not limited to: agreements, attornments, contracts, leases, loans, estoppels, guaranties and other pertinent data.
Facilitate appropriate property inspections including roof, structural and rehabilitation.
Prepare preliminary letter of intent or purchase contract for client and/or clients attorney review.
Finalize and oversee the completion of escrow, title work, endorsements, riders and settlement requirements.
